Terrified of birth

Ladies, I am 38 weeks pregnant and terrified of giving birth!! I would say I have a high pain tolerance, but when it comes to child birth I’m PETRIFIED! I keep telling my boyfriend “there’s no going back”... not that I want to, I’m super excited for my boy, but it’s just the thought that this is happening one way or another!! Help ease my mind please 😩
