Tmi hemorrhoids

I've had hemorrhoids for 3 weeks today. I thought it was getting better but has started to irritate me again and now there are 2 lumps (they're external) one is a dark purple color the other is just skin color. I've tried everything I know possible from sitz bath, witch hazel, wipes, everything they say is safe while pregnant and nothing has helped. Anyone else had this problem before? I go to my doctor in 6 days but don't know if I should call before.
