How does the doctor know when baby head is down without ultrasound my doc told me today that my baby is head down 31w and also i passed my 3hr sugar test... YAY... 🎉🎈🎉🎁 But Does anyone know... ? I tried to feel bt i couldnt really tell lol.. 😏💁

They can feel and also if the heart beat is found lower that means the babies upper body is down that's how my Dr explained it and then the ultrasound confirmed she was correct! Congrats!!!!

Head and bum feel similar except that head flexes on the neck but the bum doesn't.

they know what landmarks to feel for. They can typically decipher between legs/feet/butt and head.
