Morning sickness tips? Please & thank you!

I am officially 11 weeks today & my morning sickness just started 2 days ago , any tips on how to get through this? I cant keep my breakfast down , as soon as im done I go straight to the restroom 🤢

Sea bands! I’m using them right now and the only time I feel nauseous is in the morning as soon as I wake up. They’re lifesavers

Two tablespoons of good quality apple cider vinegar in warm water. 
It’s gross but helps

I have terrible morning sickness. The past 4 days have only been tolerable because i started drinking lemon ginger tea. It's the only thing I've tried that helps.

Buying a seaband this week. I’ve had awful nausea morning and nights. The only time I feel decent is for a few hours in the afternoon. Sprite, sweet tea, and peppermint soft candies have been my saving grace when nauseous. My neighbor suggested peppermint and it works pretty well.

Thank you ladies ! I actually tried my moms advice first of all just to see if it would help & it did , very simple all she recommended was to eat saltine crackers before I ate my breakfast! Completely no morning sickness !!
