HELP!!!!! not sure this is normal.....Hair loss

Ok so a quick rewind I used to perm my hair for a long time. i recently just decided to stop n try to go natural. I haven't permed my hair in 2 months now and I'm using Cantu shampoo conditioner leave in conditioner and hair lotion I like it helps with my dry scalp etc. My issue is my hair is getting shorter and shorter as if I'm cutting it. When I comb my hair it's bad I know your hair sheds but the shedding is on 100. I run my fingers through my hair and hair comes out. is there any one out there that can give me some pointers or if this is normal please I love and miss my hair I really do. o and bout a few months ago I was stressed oiut really bad
