Nipple pier in help?

Does anyone know what this might be? I’ve had them pierced for about a month now and I know for sure they aren’t infected. I did accidentally yank on it a few days ago so it was probably caused by that but I’d like to be sure!

That’s normal especially if you accidentally snagged it. Just make sure you’re following after care instructions properly and it will heal out. Be prepared though, even after quite some time you’ll still get crusty spots here and there. I occasionally still get them and I’ve had mine done almost 9 years.

It looks infected or at least irritated to me. I would keep cleaning it and if it does not get better in a week or if it gets worse  ask your piercer or doctor about it.
