Nt test!

I did my my test last Thursday and the nt was 3.1 I was 12 weeks. Well my dr called tonight and left a message for me to call him tomorrow so now I'm worried. Anybody go through anything similar? I'm stressing out. Husband says maybe dr called to say everything came back normal
