Bone broth for fertility?

Does anyone make bone broth for fertility? My acupuncturist said it’s very nutritious, I tried a recipe I found on google but it turned out to be fatty, oily water, I couldn’t stomach it even after straining it. Did I do something wrong? Anyone got any good recipes?

I just buy the chicken bone broth little packs. The organic ones , they can be found anywhere for like 2.50 each

You have to let it cool off and skim the fat off the top.. make sure when you’re cooking it that it’s cooking for like 24 hours to get all the nutrients out of the bones.

with bone  broth you gotta completely let it cool like in the fridge over night and let all the weird little bits of stuff come to the top and all of the fat and like skim it off :) that's what my gramma use to do and I think.it helped a lot :)
