This is going to sound like a really stupid question, but can walking up a hill and then having a really fast heart rate harm a baby? This is my first (surviving) pregnancy, I had a miscarriage before so can never be too careful. I have to tackle this hill almost every day to get to work and I was running late today so was walking fast and it resulted in a fast heart beat so just wondering if this can effect my baby? It didn’t last long, slowed down pretty quick. Thanks
