Freaking out over weight gain??

Question

Right here goes. After I lost a stone and a half which tooke ages I ended up being 9 and a half stone and am 15 weeks and feel so guilty that am 10 stone this morning and feel like that's a lot of weight when i don't feel like am showing all that much :(

Really don't want to gain that much :(

I am having the same issue. I lost so much weight for my wedding and since then and getting pregnant I feel so fat and awful. I am terrified to gain more weight. I just wanted to be one who didn't gain much. I do not think I will get that lucky though :(

Yeah as someone who also lost a bunch of weight  (60lbs) i hate seeing the scale go up too but i know its whats best for the baby for me to gain weight.

I want to stay fit, but I don't workout currently because I work too much, so then I freak out over my weight gain; I honestly will not tame my hunger because it helps this baby, and even though I have only gained maybe 6 pounds it it's hard to watch the scale...oh well I'll have to deal with that after baby comes.

I gained SOOO FAST in my first trimester and now I' m in my second and I've barely gained a pound in the last three weeks.  I'm still eating the same. I think the hormones effect everyone differently appetite wise and metabolism wise, and remember your hypothalamus tells your body to store more fat right now <3

I feel the same way! I had a mc and was diagnosed with PCOS so had gained 16kg (35ish pounds I think) BEFORE finding out I was preg. I weigh more now than I did full term with my son.. And I'm only 13 weeks. It's quite depressing actually lol.

This is the most I've ever weighed in my life. I'm only 26 weeks. Remember the baby is 7-8 lbs. plus blood. Plus amnionic fluid. Plus muscle. Plus water. It all adds up. You can google it, Pinterest explained it perfectly.

I'm feeling the same way. I lost about 50 pounds a while ago and it cost me so much effort because I have hypothyroidism. Now that I'm seeing the numbers go up on the scale it freaks me out!

Im 22+6 so far I've gained 9kg 
8 in my first trimester only one in the second I think everyone's metabolism is different! ❤
