Random nausea

So last night around 3am i woke up to feeling like I'm gonna puke I go to the bathroom and nothing comes up. I go back to bed wake up later and I feel fine. I haven't taken a pregnancy test yet but I'm thinking it's almost time. My boobs keep getting bigger I've been craving a lot and so emotional! Anyway I was just wondering if the random feeling of getting sick in the early morning happened to anyone else?
