Summer Babies

I live in KS and I’m due with my first baby in late July. Weather is unpredictable but it’s usually HOT by then. 90’s at least. What would you recommend bringing baby home in? I know they can’t regulate their temps as well in the beginning so I just wanna make sure to have the right stuff ready for him/her. How do you protect the baby from the sun and etc other than just staying indoors. Just wanna make the most informed choices lol
