with my first my breasts did not change at all until after I had her and my milk came in. I didn't leak, they didn't ache. they may have gotten slightly larger, but nothing noticeable to even me. I successfully breastfed for over a year. I'm already leaking with #2 and I'm only 18w 4d.

With my first nothing came until a few days after she was born. This time I started leaking at 30 weeks.

Honestly.... I've been leaking since my first daughter was born 9 years ago. Only, however if my breasts have pressure put upon them. I'm 18 weeks now with baby number 3 and they don't leak on their own yet.
