Red Wedding #help

So I recently got married at a courthouse in December, but I am planning an “actual” wedding for June. (And I’m not bashing courthouse weddings I just want a dress and a party). The wedding is going to be outdoors and on a mountain. So I’ve been doing some dress shopping and the other day I found a gorgeous dress. In red. Now my mother says the red suits my skin tone and that white tends to wash me out (plus I can wear it again), and my husband loves the red color on me. So my question is what do y’all think of wearing a red wedding dress? I know some of you are going to say “do what makes you happy,” but as an unbiased crowd... what is your opinion on the dress and the color?
