It's Zoë and Lily put together (family names). Pronounced like "Zow-Lily". Better as one name or with the hyphen. Be brutally honest, I'm not set on it at all, just playing with ideas.

Isn’t there an online store called zoo lilly or something like that? It was honestly my first thought when I saw this post...
Maybe use them separately as first and middle Zoe Lilly or use your hybrid name as the middle so that you’re honouring your family members but not calling your baby by it every day?  
As someone born with a difficult to spell and pronounce name that I spent most of my life needing to explain to everyone I met (until I got fed up and legally changed it) I would recommend giving your baby a first name that doesn’t need to be accompanied by an explanation.
