Pelvis exam?

Has anyone's doctor said they were going to do this at 9 or 12 weeks? My doc says she wants to close mine lol what's that even mean 😐 I'm thinking to reduce miscarriage

Yup I had a pelvic exam. Did a pap, tested for a few std's that can harm baby and recorded my cervix state (open? Clear?) I don't remember. We heard the heartbeat and baby is well and I was so happy i didn't care about anything else 😄

I just had my 1st appt at 8 weeks and I had a pelvic exam. She just felt around to see if everything is in its place, not sure what closing is.
