Any helpful tips to getting pregnant?

We bd on the days we were supposed to and I took opks that told me when I ovulated.... I take prenatals, and still not pregnant.. what are some helpful tips to getting pregnant?

I'm sure you've heard this over and over again but honestly don't stress it. Put it out of your mind. The first 2 times I got pregnant were completely accidental. I was not trying. The third time around I wanted another baby so I was trying and was so upset just the first month when it didn't happen. I figured it would since both other times it took one slip up and I was pregnant. So sure enough if I did it on all my fertile days I'd be pregnant. Well after 3 months of checking my cm, position of cervix, temping, having sex on all my fertile days and getting all these pregnancy symptoms but being negative every month I was pissed. I've read that stress over trying to conceive could cause you to not be pregnant but I didn't really believe it. Well I deleted my apps after the 3rd month and said Fuck it I'm over this. So i barely thought about it and in fact we only had sex like 2 times compared to the normal 15-20 times. I didn't even know if it was on my fertile days that month. My period was suppose to be coming so I prepared for it wearing a tampon and it was a day late so I was like great maybe I'm going to start getting irregular cycles. After 2 days I started thinking about pregnancy but doubted it. Took the test and now I'm 25 weeks with baby girl. I'm telling you all this because it was me trying and stressing that kept me from getting pregnant, so just don't try! As long as you don't have any fertility issues it will happen. Good luck girl
