Working out while TTC

I’m not a gym person, it doesn’t come naturally for me so usually I would use a mild pre-workout. I stopped using it about 9months ago and we have been ttc for 6 months now. I want to go to the gym and stay healthy but I have zero motivation/energy. I’m also on my feet all day for work so I have to convince myself to work out. What do you all do to get energy for the gym that’s healthy and good when ttc and/or pregnant??
