I want a babyyyyyyyyy.!!!!!

After getting my paraguard out after having it in for 6yrs. I can’t seem to get pregnant, why.? I feel like I’m doing it all wrong.Every month I get my period I get more and more depressed I’m very emotional. I just want another healthy beautiful baby, boy or girl I would not mind. Will 2018 be my year.?
