Ovulation pain

Hi friends! I’m trying to understand my body better. On Sunday (Feb 4th) I experienced a lot of pain near and around my ovaries and my lower abdomen area. Only lasted one day but was intense and I felt slightly nauseous. My Glow calendar says my ovulation day should be the 8th. My CM the 3 and 4th was very much similar to egg white and now today (feb 6th) it’s more like sticky clearish. Did I have ovulation pain that far in advance or did I ovulate early? My cycle fluctuates between 26-28 days. I also had a tiny bit of a pink string/spot of my toilet paper yesterday night. I’ve never really spotted between periods except for when I implanted with my first.

Anyone experience similar things with their cycles?
