My 3 mo is finally getting better.... less projectile spit ups! Now he just drools out milk

Definitely. He was on zantac up until 3 months but now he’s completely off it and can drink a whole 6 oz bottle without needing to be burped until the end. Hated the reflux stage!

What are the signs of this? My baby is 3months and lately is extremely fussy while feeding, he's formula fed but it has been a mission for him to take the nipple.
