Interview attire? UPDATED****

So I have an interview on Friday and they told me to wear interview attire, I’m little confused on what to wear as I’m thinking just casual/formal wear? I’ve attached a photo of me wearing a dress that I have in mind is it appropriate? Or should I plan a different route?

Not appropriate. Too low cut and straps are too thin. 
The bottom is great but the top is too...weekend-ish?

spaghetti straps are a HUGE no no for interviews. they don't portray professional at all. The dress is beautiful but more for a fun night out or a party definitely not office attire.

For me interview attire is dress pants, nice shirt and a blazer. I have worked for companies that would not allow that dress because of the thin straps. Good luck at your interview!

Im an employer and I wouldn’t even allow the interview if someone dressed like that. google professional attire. Ive had this happened and i toss the resume or put do not hire....the reason is if the person cant figure out the basics to get a job its likely they wont know how to do the job i hire for. Love the dress tho but dont wear that.

Too low cut 
Always go casual to an interview as far as hair and makeup like a ponytail or straight hair and makeup natural.
Either go in pin skirts down to your knees or professional slacks & definitely a nice shirt with a cardigan or blazer. Good luck at your interview 😊
