Could I go into labor soon???

So I'm 38 weeks 3 days, 2cm dilated and 50% effaced. How long do you think it'll be before I go into labor and if any of you mommies have been in this situation how long before your water broke or you went into labor. I'm hoping soon! I'm getting anxious to meet my little man! ☺️

I was 5cm dilated and 80% effaced for 5 weeks :( had to be induced. Everyone is different.

Dilation is not really an indicator of labor until you're in active labor.

Everyone is different so don't let anyone get to you but I was 2cm 80% effaced for a month and now 3cm 90% effaced for over a week and still no baby I am getting induced next week. Some people it can be any day others it can be over a month! I hope it's soon for you good luck :)
