UTI or..? please comment.

I'm 39+1. I have a huge stabbing/stinging pain that causes me to groan in my lower stomach and then after I feel like I somewhat have to pee. but when I go to the bathroom I either don't pee at all or there is only a small trickle. It doesn't burn when I pee, no smell, no cloudiness or nothing. My urine was also checked yesterday morning and everything looked great. Is she maybe just moving wrong?
