Finally got my bfp

Went to the hospital for abdominal pain yesterday evening found out I was pregnant.. very exciting but being that I went in for the pain they checked for an appendicitis etc said everything was fine from the looks of it.. but I'm extremely early period was due between today or tomorrow.. no spotting thank god but once they put the idea in my head that it can be an tubal pregnancy because of the pain I had has me freaking out!! Pain is gone since the visit but the obgyn can't see me until next Wednesday sooo the wait will stress me out.. just looking for some suggestions as to what a tubal pregnancy can feel like if there is things I should be feeling right now.. finally after stop trying it happened out of no where and god forbid anything or anyone takes thay from me. Being they said I was extremely early if it was would it be too early to kno that or is it an immediate feeling... any help of suggestions count thanks ladies
