sudden swollen and very sore why?

so the other day i aske my hubby to help me tidy up down there as at 35weeks pregnant i got no hope of being able my self lol anyways he then kinda give me oral but it hurt cos he is trying to grow out his beard and from then on im extremely swollen and sore and bit itchy too he thinks its possibly a touch of thrush but im not sure cos its mainly.just itchey but very very painful and swollen from clit to the lips any ideas what this could be im worried as its so painful i can barely wipe after a wee :'( sorry this is a werid personal and very embarrassing question which is why im posting anonymously im really embarrassed
