Working out?

So I’m almost 4 months PP and decided to start working out because I still look 6 months pregnant, even though I’m only 5 lbs from my pre pregnancy weight. I never really worked out before getting pregnant; I usually just go for a couple of miles walk every day. The problem I’m having is when I lay on the floor to do any sort of abdominal work out, my back hurts from where my epidural went in. I have no other back pain other wise. Also, if i do any side planks, it feels like the tendons in my crotch pop and it hurts 😬

Anyone else having this issue? Any recommendations for work outs to ease in to?
