7 weeks 3 days spotting? TMI

Hey September mommy’s

Just wondering if anyone can help. I’ve been having light cramping and some spotting (which was either light pink or brown) over the course of three days last week. My doc did a blood test Friday feb 2nd. Called me Monday to say it was looking good and I have my ultrasound next week. But this morning I had dark red blood ( see gross pic so sorry)

and now it’s afternoon and no blood.

This is my second pregnancy. My first was honestly a breeze no symptoms no spotting...so I have no clue what is normal what isn’t. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks mamas!
