nausea help!

what has worked for you for all day nausea? ugh I feel terrible all day everyday. I'm only 6.5 weeks. this is my second pregnancy and with my first it wasn't this bad (and it started much later). I work 40+ hrs a week and have a 1.5 yr old at home to take care of. I'm dying.
