Dancing! I’ve heard it helps a lot of people & it makes their water break within 48 hours! Type in YouTube “inducing labor dance” I’m going to try this when I hit 40 weeks if I don’t have my son yet 🙂

I know you probably don’t want my advice, but don’t do it. Just let them come on their own. My experience with my first is I took Castor oil and she came that night at 38 weeks 4 days. I regret it though, she was healthy but I felt like she wasn’t ready and if your baby is 4lbs or ends up having to stay in the NICU you will just blame yourself and beat yourself up. Plus you are going to miss the feeling of pregnancy and them being comfy and safe in your womb. Just eat like a queen and get as much babying out of your partner that you can lol you won’t have it for much longer.

I don’t believe things necessarily make you go into labor, I feel like things can help the process along but that baby (or your body) will come when they want. Here are some things that helped speed up the process for me..... sex, walking (3+ miles), pineapple, raspberry leaf tea and bouncing on a yoga ball. I also hear dates help as well but haven’t tried them. My husband is going out of town during my 38 weeks and so I  trying to keep her in until after he gets back then I will be full speed ahead hahah!
