Sore nipples due to breastfeeding

Hey! So my nipples are very sore, and are scabbed. My baby is growing teeth, and she bites me. It hurts to run now, and my sports bras (all I'm wearing because normal ones hurts more) stick on me and hurt to take them off. I'm using lanolin, but it doesn't help much. They hurt so much. Is there anything I can do ?
