After abortion

So I had an abortion about a month ago now and ever since I just cannot sleep at all, tried everything but just cannot seem to sleep. Also I am still bleeding and it’s been a while is it normal, it was really really heavy to start then got lighter and lighter until it seemed like spotting, then for the last week it’s back to quite heavy? And advice with either problem?
