Morning After Pill

So I know this my be an obvious question but PLEASEEE someone tell me if it’s possible to get pregnant after having unprotected sex BUUT still had the morning after pill and the guy did not ejaculate inside (however there was pre cum tho).

The doctor said the morning after pill is 90% effective if taken immediately, so I did.

But still worried since it’s my first time taking the pill, any advices? Thank you!
