Spotting at 6 1/2 weeks

I am almost 7 weeks in, and yesterday, I noticed brown spotting. I called my doctor who told me not to be concerned unless it was bright red. I have been cramping, though, and generally freaking out since then. I did get my blood work results today from my doctor's visit 2 days ago...my HCG was 60,071 and my progesterone was 20. All of my other labs were completely normal , so that made me feel better. Today, I have noticed that my CM is a light pinkish color. Should I be concerned? I have a vaginal ultrasound next week, but I don't want to be freaking out until then...
