Who's babysitting your other kids?

when you go into labor who will watch your kids? how do you best prepare someone to watch your other kids for a couple days during labor and recovery?

My mom is flying in a few days before my induction!

My in laws will have my son for my scheduled c section, if it’s early in the morning they will keep him the night before so they don’t have to get up too early, if it’s later in the day they will meet us. And they are also keeping him the night of my c section. But after that hubby will have him till I’m released.

My bestie is going to come to our place to watch our 3 year old daughter so my mom can be a support person while I’m in labor, then my mom will go back after she’s born and we’re settled and get my girl to come to the hospital to meet her new sister :)

My in laws will have our son and bring him to the hospital to meet his brother and see us. I think this will be hard on me not seeing him but I’ve got to focus on recovery and breastfeeding. We’ll be home before we know it. Going in for a scheduled c-section and will be there for my birthday too lol
