How can I get pregnant? Help!

So I have been of the implant for the past ten months now and am tryin to conceive, now I am taking medication that is called trying for a baby. 
Any advice and how long more will it take me to conceive

Find out your fertile window, do opks and find out when you ovulate, go get bz when u ovulate, test when your period is due. That's my best advice. I was on the implant for 3yrs and got off it last sept. Got my first positive preg test in jan , unfortunately we lost it. But then we found out in March that we were pregnant again, I will be 12 weeks on Saturday.
