Hypnobirthing vs Doula
Question for moms who have don't hypnobirthing and or used a doula...
Was hypnobirthing effective?
Did you use a doula as well as hypnobirthing?
Did you like having a doula? Was is worth it?
I have signed up for hypnobirthing and would like to have a doula as well... But I just was not sure if I am doing too much... If I should do one or the other... This is my first child so I have no experience in what this will be like or what will work for me... I appreciate the advice and or input and hearing about your experience 👍😊
