I had to tell line so I could get the short notice time off for my ultrasound at 12wjs (we only found out I was pregnant at around 10wks)

I was peeing way to much and I work in a place where people see that and well I got asked at like 10 weeks...are you pregnant and well the cat was out of the bag

I was 14 weeks. I told them because I expected to start showing more. Turned out in my regular work clothes people still couldn't tell even when I was 20 weeks and over, so I could have taken my time. But everyone was nice about it and supportive, so no big deal.

I told mine very early on for a safety measure as I work in a prison. In my previous job I would have held off until about 12ish weeks but to be honest it was nice having them know so early because they have been very supportive.
