Bleeding and Low Heart Rate

Okay so I went to get my first ultrasound today because I was bleeding Monday night but it has stopped now. The news I recieved was I am 6 weeks 1 day, my baby has a low heart rate and i'm bleeding between my placenta and uterus some. My midwife said that every time she has seen this case that the baby usually passes away within a couple of days. One of my family members said to be on bed rest. My midwife said there is nothing I can do and nothing I could have dome. Bjt seriously is there anything I can or eat to get my poor babys heart rate up and to stop this mess. Asking for strong prayers!
