Anybody else experiencing daily somewhat painful braxton hicks?

I get them alot. I lost count on how many I get a day. Some are uncomfortable and sort of hurt.  I'm not dehydrated either. So sometimes I get nervous about then but my dr. Say it's fine so I'm guessing it's fine? Lol.im 28 weeks by the way.

I get them a lot and they are quite heavy cramp type feelings lower abdomen , but I'm not entirely sure if it's baby pushing down as he's really low and likes to use my ribs to push on lol so not could be either , I'm 26 weeks with a big boy x

Not daily but somethimes. Mostly when my baby tries to turn around while a contraction is coming 😞
