Urgent please respond

I had a kidney infection and was prescribed a weeks worth of antibiotics. I continued taking my bc pill like normal. I have been on it for 3 months now I finished the antibiotics on May 24th. I called a clinic and the told me to use protection for a week after I finish them. I had unprotected sex on the 29th and 30th. It was also when I was ovulating. (Didn't realize it at the time) My boobs have been very sore  like when I'm on my period for three days now) I no it was too early to test but I went on and did and it came out neg. I'm about to leave for basic in 6 days... I will be tested by them tomorrow. When I get there. And two weeks later.
