Did anyone give birth to a hermaphrodite? Could u see on US that it had both genders?

Hermaphrodite is an outdated and stigmatizing term. Don’t use it anymore. Intersex is the correct term to use. 
Sometimes they can tell on US, sometimes they don’t. It’s not like people are born with fully formed vagina and penis. Typically it’s more ambiguous genitalia and then internally they have testes and/or ovaries.

My nephew was born with both. His mom decided at birth he would be a boy. 🤷🏼‍♀️ that's all I know. He has other issues too. He's 6 now. He's a delightful child though.

I did not give birth to a child who has both a penis and a vagina but I have a friend who was born with both. Her parents didn't know she was both genders right away until things started to change and form
