HCG levels too high? Worried about multiples!

My HCG 3 days ago was 133 which I felt was low. Now I’m officially at 4 weeks and my HCG levels are 698.  I also had an IUI. I’m now about 17 dpo. Are they too high or still within the normal range for a singleton? Appreciate the help and babydust to all!

I think everyone’s levels effect them differently! I was a surrogate and had REALLY high levels... the doctor thought for sure it was multiples but there was just one little bean in there! I’m pregnant again and looking back at my other pregnancies my levels were always pretty high 😃

No, high levels don't always indicate multiples. Mine was 888 at 4 weeks 4 days and 2152 two days later. That's pretty high and there was only one tiny baby girl in there.
