Pregnant during deployment

Hey ladies my husband leaves REALLY soon and will be gone during delivery... any of you ever gone through this and have any recommendations on how to reduce my stress level? Ive moved Home with family which I pray helps because last deployment I worked myself to death and kept myself busy while gone but being pregnant with twins I’m probably gonna be putting that on the back burner until he comes home especially since we have a four and seven year old already who are active in several activities
