Whats position helps most in getting pregnant ?

I am trying to get pregnant with baby #2 its been 7yrs since I had my first and I am currently with my fiance who has a lower then normal sperm count. So I'm wondering what tips anyone might be able to give in helping the process.

No position is better than the other. Sperm passes the cervix in seconds, so "holding it in" doesn't do any good and just traps semen, not sperm. Keep trying and act natural and have fun ✌🏻️

You could put a pillow under you lower back/hips gravity could always help the little spermies reach their destination ;) also when a female orgasms they have a higher chance of conception as well :)

Actually in multiple articles ive read they state that although you can get pregnant in any position, you increase your chances in missionary while her orgasms. They also recommend putting a pillow or too under ur bottom during sex, and not to get up for 20 minutes after. Ive also tead that the female orgasming also increases chances of conceiving
