Conceiving after mirena

I had my mirena removed 4/20 after 4.5 years, had spotting that day, then very light bleeding for 7 days, May 5th had what I think was af, very heavy for 5 days and stopped the 7th day. Before iud, I had a 28 day cycle very regular, af was due 2 days ago, breasts are sore and full, very emotional, but hpt was bfn. This feels just like my pregnancies before and I always got bfp's before missed at, just wondering could the iud removal make my body feel pregnant? Anyone else ttc after iud removal and in their late thirties? Thanks in advance.
