How young is too young to get a breast reduction?

I’m 16, and 5’8”. I currently have size 34DD-36DDD (depends on the store/brand of bra). I a have a very slight frame (im 117 pounds). I suffer from constant sternum, back, and neck pain and am seriously considering a breast reduction. Should I wait until I’m 18?
Update: I have insurance and parental support.

You sound like a perfect candidate. You said you have insurance and support from your parents. If you're in pain and your doctor can agree with what you've said, I say go for it. I have had large breast my whole life and suffered with the same issues as a teen. I've found other ways of managing and working out has helped my back gain the strength the support the weight...but I thought about a reduction many times. Good luck to you and the tatas!!!

It's literally never to early especially if what you have is causing harm to the rest of you. it's better to reduce them earlier so you don't have more issues down the road. I don't know much about breast reduction so I would talk to a professional first.

I had a friend in high school she was 14 when she got one. It gave her really bad back problems so it was actually recommended.
