So we do it on the 12,13,14,15,1618,19,20 but do we also do it on the 17 or do we skip that day since that's the day I'm ovulating???

Do it every other day leading up to the 17.. and do it on the 17 seeing how that's your ovulation day...

Generally speaking its best to have sex every other day. That way you give him time to build up lots of little swimmers while still making sure you have plenty of little guys swimming inside you during your "green" or fertile days.
