hard to poo but not constipated

My 7 weeks old has a horrible time pooping. It takes her all day crying off and on while trying to finally get a BM out. I feel horrible because it seems like it really hurts her but when it comes out it's normal, it's yellow and seedy, and mushy or runny. I don't know what to do to help 😫. we give her gripe water and gas drops and she passes gas fine but her BM just really seems to hurt. I'm going to talk to her Dr at her appointment here soon but has anyone else had this issue? what have you done that's helped?
