do all formular brands taste the same?

I didn’t think babies had taste buds for the first few month but maybe I’m wrong. I do know that switching formulas can cause stomach upset and constipation so only switch if you feel it is completely necessary.

The definitely do not all taste the same (im a first time mom so i taste everything lol) the nutramigen tastes horrid like metal, similac pro advance powder has this nickle taste, enfamil infant tastes like clay, and the enfamil gentlease is kinda sweet.

we use the off-vrand of si.ilac sensitive  (I think it's parents choice) & my big takes it the same way.

Uh I don’t think price really has much to do with how it tastes as much as it does with like what’s in it and the different types like milk bases soy and other sensitive ones and such my son was on similac advance and then he switched recently to similac hypoallergenic and they smell different and pediatrician said it will taste different

They taste different, depending on what you are comparing. Our guy goes back and forth between similac sensitive and store brands. Store brands are the easiest on his tummy.
The “pro” series similacs constipated him.
We were in a pinch and had a sample of similac total comfort, and he hated it. Would push the bottle away, gag, everything.
